The coach of the team Andy Flower said that he expects some good cricket in Pakistan. He added “It’s great to be here; we’re looking forward to seeing a lot of you watching the great cricket we put on the show. We’ve had a warm welcome. Thank you very much.”

The three matches will be held on September 12, 13 and 15th at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore.

Eight years ago Pakistan lost international cricket in Lahore, after eight years Pakistan will regain international cricket from the same city. Our cricket has lost a lot, we paid for more than we deserved, we lost our dignity, our name, our integrity but we never surrendered. We hoped and now after eight long years, there are smiles on faces of Pakistanis. Let’s appreciate the effort of PCB Chairman Najam Sethi and each and every international player who despite the doubts and uncertainties is bold enough to come, play in Pakistan and revive the game.
