The women’s cricket team coach of Pakistan, Iqbal Imam has begun online classes for his players who are staying within their home premises as part of the safety measures against the global pandemic of coronavirus.
Imam said that he is passing on his knowledge on drills in batting, fielding and bowling whether that be hitting the hanging ball or taking catches or just random gripping of the ball or one step bowling or any other such exercise which could be performed in a closed room for the players.
The cricketers would then be shooting their performance videos and sending them back to the coach.
The Pakistan Cricket Board has suspended all the cricketing activities in the nation as the world has come to standstill amid the coronavirus outbreak.
The players are sharing the videos of their excerise drills and challenging their teammates for the fitness challenges on social media.
On the other hand, like all of us even the celebrities are tired of their stay at home routines amid the coronavirus outbreak. Recently Sheharyar Munawar took it to his social media account on Instagram and shared that how he tries to keep himself going during these testing times.
