Volkswagen (VW) AG—the biggest automotive group of the world, has inked a final lawful deal with the Pakistan Premier Motors Limited (PML) for the making of commercial automobiles.
The deal has been inked for the making of commercial automobiles under the licensing agreement of an entirely knocked down (CKD) assembly in the industrial city Karachi—a significant discovery in the automotive division of Pakistan.
This project would prove to be a great add-on in the automobile sector of Pakistan and would assist in filling the void of vehicle supply in Pakistan.
Since the last two years, the commercial section of Berlin has actively been involved in the VW and PML especially after the signing of a letter of intent (LOI) on 22nd June 2017.
Earlier Volkswagen announced to start making use of 3D printers for mass production of parts.
The automobile maker is already making use of ninety 3D printers that are installed in its manufacturing plant for the making of rare parts.
Volkswagen is a German automaker, it was established on the 28th of May 1937 by the German Labour Front and Adolf Hitler. It is the world’s biggest vehicle manufacturer across the world in sales in 2016.
