Usman Buzdar Chief Minister of Punjab asked to make sure that the SOPs are being implemented to fight the coronavirus. He also said that the violation of the SOPs will not be tolerated.
Chief Minister stated that every citizen has a responsibility to follow the SOPs (standard operating procedure) prescribed by the government and any violation of the SOPs will be intolerable. He further said that everybody has to take preventive measures until the virus ends.
All those who will try to violate the SOPs will have to face strict penalties as per the law.

CM Buzdar says that in such crucial times there is a need of all masses to cooperate, follow the SOPs set up by the government, and show patience.
All the milk shops and bakeries have been granted permission by the Punjab government to resume their businesses throughout the day. They have been excused from the lockdown regulations.
The changes in the timings of the businesses have been notified by the primary and secondary Healthcare department of the province excusing the milk shops and bakeries from the lockdown measures.
The notification read that the meat shops will open for the whole week from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm following all the SOPs properly.
