The entrance test for admission in different programs for the academic session 2020-21 has been removed by the University of Karachi (KU).
Dr. Saleem Shahzad the registrar for the university made this announcement saying that MS (Surgery) MPhil, Ph.D., and MD (Medicine) programs students will not be asked to do an entrance test. Instead of this, the students will be evaluated on the basis of interviews which would be conducted by the respective departmental research committees.

The students interested to join these programs have been asked to submit the scanned copies of their admission forms. An equivalence certificate obtained from the office of the deputy registrar of academics would be needed by the degree holders from any foreign or HEC recognized local-degree awarding institutes.
By 19th July, the scanned copies of the admission form and fee deposit slip can be submitted.
The University of Karachi is offering admissions in different departments which includes faculties of arts and social sciences, science, law, medicine, pharmacy, and others. At the KU’s website www.uokadmission.edu.pk, the admission prospectus and fee voucher are available
