The company gave no reason as to why it is discontinuing Johnson & Johnson brand products.

Earlier, back in April 2019, United Brands also discontinued Mars, Wrigley’s, Haleeb Foods, Unilever, Heinz and IFFCO distribution from its business portfolio. It resulted in around PKR 58 million revenue loss per month to the company.

It is pertinent to mention here that United Brands Limited is a popular distributor of consumer goods in Pakistan. These consumer goods include food products, baby range, tea, flavored milk, dairy products, confectionery, drinks, cereals, sweetener along with skincare, deodorants and cosmetic products.

UBL is one of the largest distributions houses in Pakistan. The company has experience in import, distribution, sales, and marketing of products. UBL discontinuing Johnson & Johnson products in Pakistan will disappoint the customers. Especially mothers who use Johnson & Johnson products for their kids would have to look for alternate options.
