UBL and IBM will collaborate to establish a Digital Design Lab. It will be the first of its kind lab in the country that will create a complete digital experience in banking life of customers.
An innovative, engaging digital environment would be created in UBL to provide customers with a new experience.
UBL is one of the biggest commercial banks in the country. It has around 1375 branches in Pakistan and 19 branches around the world. Now this step of collaborating with IBM is not just for the bank and its customers, it is a step to play a part in creating digital Pakistan. The lab will speed up the whole system of UBL from its services offered to its products and processes. It would also provide tools to the staff for ensuring a digital environment is created for the customers.
IBM is one of the biggest digital agencies, and UBL is the biggest bank in Pakistan, their collaboration can create wonders for the customers and the whole economy and banking business of Pakistan.
