UAE allocated $5 million for wounded Palestinian in Gaza clashes

The United Arab Emirates has announced to allocate $5 million for Palestinian injured in Gaza. According to the statement, the UAE will provide urgent medicines and medical supplies to the unarmed residents of Palestine on the border of Gaza through the Emirates Red Crescent (ERC).

Around 2400 unarmed Palestinian wounded and 53 martyred during the clashes in which Israeli armed forces fired live and straight bullets and gas bombs on the people.

According to the reports, the ERC said that a medical team from the relief organization will provide medical facilities, supplies and urgent medicines from the Arab Republic of Egypt to the people who need.

Reason of clashes

The Palestinian people were protesting against the United States’ move to open its embassy to Israel in Jerusalem on Monday.

The Trump’s move to recognize the holy city Jerusalem as the capital of Israel has fired resident of Palestine anger and drawn criticism from many foreign governments as a setback to efforts of peace in the world.

The protest by the innocent and unarmed people of Palestine quickly turned into a bloodshed on the Gaza border when Israeli armed forces opened fire on the protesters.
