Two flights of PIA forgot to bring passengers’ luggage from Dubai

The two flights of the national carrier flag of Pakistan forgot to bring back the luggage of the passengers from Dubai to Islamabad and Peshawar.

According to the details, the flight of Pakistan International Airlines PK-218 coming back from Dubai landed at the New Islamabad Airport without passengers’ luggage, while another flight PK-256 was to Peshawar from UAE’s city Alain.

The passengers of the flights have recorded their protest in front of the counter of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) for leaving their luggage back in Dubai.

As per the details, the talks between the Deputy Terminal Manager and the protesting passengers have failed.

After the failure of the talks between the passengers and airport officials, the officers of Airport Security Force (ASF) were called on at the airport.

It is worth mentioning here that the audit report revealed that in the month of March, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) had lost the luggage of passengers worth over 20 million rupees during the period of the last five years.

According to the report, the luggage worth more than 20 million rupees belonging to PIA passengers was lost during the years 2012 to 2016.
