The Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan is not one of the world leaders who do not choose to respond to the President of the United States Donald Trump tweets for the fear of picking a fight situation with the most powerful leader of the world.
Cricketer-turned-politician took the US President on as he criticized Pakistan during an interview saying that Pakistan doesn’t do ‘a damn thing’ for the US despite taking $1.3 billion a year.
The Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan had decided to reply him on Twitter. The reply from the Pakistani leader became the top 10 digital diplomacy moments of 2018 which the social media website has added to its list.
As per the report by the social media giant, Twitter embedded four Tweets of PM Khan which he sent in a response to the US President Donald Trump.
Prime Minister Imran Khan chosen his Twitter account to respond to the statement made by the US President.
“We’re supporting Pakistan, we’re giving them $1.3 billion a year, which we don’t give them any more by the way, I ended it, because they don’t do anything for us, they don’t do a damn thing for us,” US President Donald Trump said during an interview on the Fox News.
