Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) is the leading telecommunication company in Pakistan. Mobilink has over 41 million subscribers. Its 3G users reached 14.29 million by the end of January 2018. Also, its 4g users reached 1.9 million during the same time period.
