On Sunday, Sindh Rangers has launched a new mobile application in order to control crimes and to improve the law and order situation in the port city.
As per the reports, one of the spokespeople of Rangers said that the new application is going to help the law enforcers to give an active response in case of any emergency in Karachi. According to the spokesperson, now people can alert the law enforcers by just one click on their mobiles.
Moreover, he added that in case any emergency situation arises, a citizen can now send a message to the rangers system through the newly launched application which will be received immediately at the rangers’ control room. The control room will receive the complainants’ identity, data, and location.
As soon as the central command receives the data and location, they will convey the message to the nearby rangers’ officials and mobiles for quick action. The spokesperson stated that firstly, the application will be issued to the banks, hospitals, educational institutions, business communities, and a few other sectors.
On the other hand, the NCOC has imposed a ban on gatherings at wedding halls from the 20th of November in big cities including; Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi, Multan and Hyderabad.
