Sindh has taken the decision of closing the graveyards ahead of Shab-e-Barat. The government has said that the lockdown would remain intact for the night of Shab-e-Barat, that is tonight, as per the reports of local media.
People would not be permitted to go to the graveyards and are being asked to worship at home.
A ban has also been placed on the congregations of Shab-e-Barat at the mosques.
The government of Sindh has asked the people to stay at their homes and pray for an end to the global pandemic of coronavirus.
A lockdown has also been imposed in the province since the 23rd of March for controlling the spread of the COVID-19.
Mosques are also barred from hosting the congregational Friday prayers.
On the other hand, as per the latest, the government of Sindh has decided to release some SOPs for daily life after the lockdown gets over. The government of Sindh is working hard to ensure that all the sectors of society remain healthy and safe.
The information about the SOPs was shared by the Chief Minister of Sindh Murad Ali Shah in a video message. He further added that the SOPs would act as the guidelines for everyone in the society may they be the educational institutions or the shopping centres or the mosques.
