The business opening hours have been changed by the Sindh government for the third time in the past week.
Earlier just selected sectors were permitted to open between 9 am to 5 pm for all seven days. Then it was announced by the federal government to lift the lockdown in phases. It was permitted by the provincial government to operate local businesses from Sehri till 6 pm, and for five days a week.

But a fresh notification was issued by the Sindh Home Department on Tuesday explaining the new business hours for local markets.
Traders were notified that they can open businesses from 6 am to 4 pm. Also, the notification said that businesses will be permitted to operate four days a weeks that is from Monday to Thursday.
Further adding, that all kinds of unnecessary movement of public from 5 pm to 6 am is banned.
It is pertinent to mention here that the Sindh observes complete curfew on Fridays between 12 pm to 3:30 pm. This is to make sure that people do not gather in Mosques for Friday prayers.
There have been changes in the timings and days of lockdown, and it is also expected that the duration of the Friday curfew will be increased by the provincial government.
