The province of Sindh lags behind in addressing the complaints of the citizens.
On Saturday the Prime Minister Imran Khan was given a report on the resolution of complaints registered via the Pakistan Citizen Portal, indicating that the federal government was at the top in addressing to the complaints, while the government of Sindh was at the lowest.
As per reports, the ministries and the departments working under the federal government resolved above 364,000 complaints which made nearly 89percent of the complete complaints received via the portal.
The province of Sindh lagged behind all the federating divisions regarding the solution of the complaints registered by the common citizens.
Out of nearly 37,000 complaints forwarded to many departments of the government of Sindh, more or less 32,000 were yet not solved, leaving the province with the highest build-up of unanswered complaints.
Other than solving the complaints, the Pakistan Peoples’ Party managed province also stood at the lowest in the public feedback with the greatest number of complaints indicating their dissatisfaction to the response by the concerned departments.
