After the former Prime Minister of Pakistan Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, the Federal Minister for Railways Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad has also been tested positive for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the minister said on Monday.
According to the statement issued by the Pakistan Railways ministry, Sheikh Rasheed is showing no-symptoms of the novel coronavirus. However, the federal minister undergoes self-isolation for two weeks, the ministry added.

Earlier, another PTI-backed Member of the National Assembly Jai Prakash who attended the session of the National Assembly last week has tested positive for the novel coronavirus on Monday.
According to the details, the PTI MNA Prakash had his test done on Friday after which he attended a session of the lower of the parliament.
The Member of the National Assembly reportedly also hosted an event in the evening which was also attended by the Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs Shah Mehmood Qureshi.
On the other hand, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, who is the former Prime Minister (PM) of Pakistan and leader of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has tested positive for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
