SHC Notified SCCI to Vacate the Building as of Illegal Occupancy Status

Recently, the Sindh High Court (SHC) Circuit Bench Sukkur termed the Chamber of Commerce and Industries (SCCI) office as illegal and ordered them to vacate the building.
This SCCI building is located at the Minar Road and the concerned authorities have been notified to vacate the building.
Previously, the Sindh High Court (SHC) Sukkur Bench had ordered to immediately demolish commercial structures built on the irrigation land in the city.
It is said that the Sindh government earlier earned the time to launch the operation, the SHC directed to promptly remove the commercial structure while giving them a month notice to remove the residential structures from the lands after proper arrangments for the affectees.
