Samsung Sends FindMyMobile Notification To All Users Accidentally

Samsung mobile users are reporting some weird notifications issued worldwide, the new notification that comes to the user’s mobile is related to the “Find My Mobile” feature which sends a notification with number 1.

When the users click on the notification it just disappears. Samsung has not issued any statement regarding the push notification yet, however, it seems a bug or Samsung developers have accidentally sent out a push notification to all users around the world. Last year OnePlus has also sent of similar notifications to users worldwide.

The weird part is the users who do not even have the feature “Find My Mobile” on their phones has also reported that similar notification. Samsung users including Galaxy S, Galaxy A and Galaxy J series users have observed similar notifications on their mobile phones. The “Find My Mobile” is a similar feature like Google “Find My Device” feature which helps users to find their phones if they lost it. Users can remotely locate their lost phone, lock the screen, backup data, and block access to Samsung Pay.
