Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Preorders hits record breaking 395000 on the first day

Samsung has started taking pre-orders for its newly launched flagship model Galaxy Note 8 in South Korea and other countries from September 7 to 14.

On the very first day, the company has hit the record high pre-orders of Samsung Galaxy Note 8 with 395,000 orders in South-Korea, said Samsung Electronics reported ZDnet.

Comparatively, Galaxy Note 7 reached 380,000 pre-orders during its entire 13-day pre-order period last year between August 6 to August 18.

Samsung said 65% of the pre-orders were for the 64GB model while 35% accounted for 256GB model, Black and Blue colors were the most popular in pre-ordering.

Now it’s a great chance for Samsung to make a very good back after the debacle of Samsung Galaxy Note 7 which you all know seriously damaged company reputation. Samsung had to recall the entire product line twice from the market due to faulty batteries catching fire.

Galaxy Note 8 was appreciated globally after the unveiling event last month, the phone with huge screen 6.3-inches along with other stunning features such as multitasking App Pair, S Pen, and Dual Camera.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 has broken all the previous records of pre-orders, Galaxy S8 series launched earlier this year received 550,000 pre-orders in the first two days and set the record of over 1 million pre-orders during the whole period.

Galaxy Note 8 has already reached 395,000 orders during the first day, it is likely to go above 550,000 in two days, if it goes above then it would set a new record in the history of Samsung.
