The rural areas in Rawalpindi would be getting the civic amenities, as informed by the Aviation Minister-Ghulam Sarwar Khan.
As per reports, while the inauguration of the development projects at Dhok Imam Din Union Council Kalial, he said that it is the basic duty of the government to offer the basic facilities of life to the people.
The projects include gas supply schemes in Dhok Meera, Bilal Colony, Kashmir Colony, and Satti Town which would be completed at the cost of Rs32 million.
The minister reiterated the stance of the incumbent government to raise the living standard of the common man, especially in rural areas through the provision of all basic facilities at their doorstep.
He announced that a community center and water scheme at the cost of Rs.440 million would be launched soon.
Sarwar said.“Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) is not a challenge for us, he said adding, the only challenge for us is unemployment and inflation which will be overcome soon”.
