Roads are Blocked Today in Lahore & Islamabad – Reactions on Social Media

Tehreek-Labbaik Ya Rasool Allah supporters have blocked the roads today in Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi. They are protesting since yesterday as they failed to negotiate with the present government. TLYR and its workers are staging multiple sit-ins in Lahore’s Faiz Pur Interchange, Chongi Amar Sado, Daroga Wala Chowk, Azadi Chowk, Shahdara Chowk and Data Darbar Chowk. While in Islamabad the roads are blocked on GT-Road, and Muree Road of Rawalpindi is partially closed for the usual traffic. Furthermore, the rural areas including Kamoke, Muridke, Qasoor etc are also blocked for traffic. Yesterday, the Metro Bus service was suspended in Lahore as well.
