Realme is prepping up to release the new Realme 8i to India. This Realme smartphone is expected to come along with the Realme 8s.
This new Realme device is expected to come with the MediaTek Helio G96 chipset – it is a new SoC, which MediaTek released last month.
According to GSM Arena, the Realme 8i is expected to feature a 6.59-inch FHD+ display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. The device will have a hole-punch cutout for the 16 MP front-facing camera in the top left.
The rear side camera module is expected to accommodate three camera sensors: a 50 MP main shooter, a 2 MP depth sensor, and a 2 MP macro camera.
The new SoC will come with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The whole unit will generate its power from a 5,000 mAh battery.
The Realme 8i weighs 194g, is 8.6mm thick, and has a plastic body.
Moreover, the fingerprint scanner is embedded into the power button. At the bottom, there is a 3.5mm headphone jack next to the USB-C port.
