A park named after the founder of Pakistan Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah is opening in Canada on May 12. The park will be inaugurated by the Pakistani High Commissioner in Canada Tariq Azim Khan. The park is located in Tim Sale, Northern Lights, South Pointe, Winnipeg, Manitoba.

It is important that the Pakistani community in Canada is given due credit for their efforts to open a park named after Quaid-i-Azam in Canada. Not only the Pakistani High Commissioner is invited to inaugurate the park but also the Pakistani community in Winnipeg can attend the event.

Tariq Azam Khan will meet with the Lt Governor of Manitoba, Minister of Families, Minister of Trade and Education during his visit.
