Earlier today, the administration of QAU (Quaid-e-Azam University) decided to close the university as some coronavirus cases were detected inside the university.
As per the reports, the registrar of the Quaid-e-Azam University released an official statement which read that the university will remain closed today (26th October) due to the confirmation of some coronavirus cases within the campus.
The notification further read that all the classes will be conducted online today and also the university transport will also remain suspended until any further notice.
All students are asked to keep on visiting the official website of the university as a detailed notification will be posted on the website concerning this issue and also the future course of action will also become available on the website.
So far, the administration of the Quaid-e-Azam University has not revealed whether the coronavirus cases were discovered among the day scholars, faculty, hostel residents, or staff members.
