QAU Ranked Amongst Top 500 Universities in the World

Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU) Islamabad has been ranked amongst the top 500 universities in the world. QAU has retained its ranking amongst the top 500 universities. The ranking has been done by the United States News and World Report.

QAU ranked at 76th position among the 100 best universities in Asia. This is according to the Global Ranking 2019. QAU is the only Pakistani university that is among the top 100 universities in Asia.

The global score of QAU was 46.6. While the Agha Khan University Karachi was ranked at 572nd position in the working ranking.

United States News and World Report has been ranking universities for past 33 years. It is the topmost US-based education analysis publisher. The criteria upon which the universities are ranked include the academic research and reputation of the university. This ranking allows students to compare universities around the globe and chose reputable ones for higher studies.

Among research-based universities, United States Universities lead the chart. US universities dominated the list. Thomson Reuters InCitesTM research analytics solutions provided the data and metrics upon which the best global universities were selected.
