It has been reported that the authorities of the Punjab police have fired a lady constable of the department whose TikTok videos over songs went viral on the social media platforms.
According to the details, the lady constable identified as Wafa Tauqeer used to make videos on the video-sharing mobile application as a hobby which caught the attention of her superiors in the department after one of her TikTok videos went viral.
After noticing her videos, an officer of the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) ordered an inquiry into her actions and fired her after the accusations against the lady constable were proven true.
On the other hand, the lady constable Wafa Tauqeer has alleged that she has been treated unfairly and shared that she did like to make videos on the video-making application TikTok but kept the video in her phone only.
She further said that the video that had gone viral on the social media platform was made eight months ago during her training in the police department and she does not know whether the videos were leaked or not.
