Punjab Government plans to establish a cardiology hospital in Quetta.
Usman Buzdar—the Chief Minister of Punjab on Sunday said that his government has allocated funds for the cardiology hospital in Quetta and the construction work would start soon.
Mr Buzdar said that the government of Punjab would be fulfilling its promise for the formation of a cardiology hospital in Quetta.
Many senior officials including the governor of Baluchistan, chief secretary and the provincial ministers were present on the occasion.
The CM Punjab said that his government has got the plans for forming a modern cardiac hospital in Dera Ghazi Khan with the modern equipment and the best treatment facilities and four million rupees would be allocated for the hospital which provides maximum treatment facilities to the people of the locality.
He added that this hospital would give treatment to the people of Baluchistan, who presently have to go to Multan for getting such facilities.
He added that he would soon inform the Chief Minister—Jam Kamal Khan Alyani regarding the measures being taken by the government of Punjab for the development and progress of the province of Balochistan.
Previously, the CM Punjab arrived at the Quetta airport, where he was received by the provincial ministers and the chief secretary.
