The Chief Minister of the most populated province of Pakistan Sardar Usman Buzdar has inaugurated the Punjab police mobile application in Rawalpindi. The CM Punjab announced that the 10,000 recruitments will be made in the police forces.
According to the details, CM Punjab, while addressing the inauguration ceremony, said that the mobile application will help the citizens to get services of the Punjab police department through the mobile application besides getting information regarding the nearest police station from their respected residential areas.

The newly launched mobile app will also provide the latest traffic updates of the Rawalpindi city besides providing the law and order situation to the people who are willing to purchase or rent homes, CM said.
CM Buzdar further said that the authorities of the Punjab government have installed 360-degree security cameras in the city which would be used for the surveillance of the vehicles across the city. He added the PTI-led provincial government of Punjab is providing the maximum financial and human resources to the police department and have decided to recruit 10,000 persons to solve the shortage problems of police contingents.
While sharing the further details, Buzdar said that as many as 45 new police stations will be established across Punjab, whereas, the provincial government had already allocated the land for the construction of the buildings of 101 police stations.
