For the facilitation of the citizens, the government of Punjab in collaboration with a private firm, has launched a home delivery system for fruits and vegetables in Rawalpindi and Multan.
The ceremony for this initiative was conducted at the Circuit House on Monday with the Chairman Non-Ministerial Standing Committee on the government assurances, Mian Aamir Dogar Parliamentary secretary, Nadeem Qureshi and the deputy commissioner Multan.
Through this system, the city residents could get fruits and vegetables delivered to their homes and that too without going through the complete hassle of visiting the market.

Mian Aamir Dogar expressed high hopes that the citizens would be responding in a positive way to the initiative as it is targeted at making their lives easier.
Previously, the Islamabad administration had also introduced a same kind of service for the city residents via which they could place orders online at the DC-approved rates.
The service could be used via making use of the Qeemat Punjab application.
This service would for sure be adding ease to the lifestyles of people. The government of Punjab has launched a much needed and well thought system for the benefit of the citizens.
