The Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has upgraded the Hayatabad, GT Road, Khyber and City exchanges in Peshawar under the project of Network Transformation.
Under the project hundred major exchanges are being upgraded throughout the country. Presently, 53 exchanges so far have been transformed in the 12 cities which includes Sialkot, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Quetta, Hyderabad, Peshawar, Islamabad, Peshawar, Karachi, Lahore and Kharian.
With the exchange’s upgradation in Peshawar, customers could now experience high-speed unlimited internet and unified broadband connectivity in these areas. This transformation has already begun to show great outputs and it has significantly decreased the customer complaints.
In the transformed exchanges, the customer could now avail unlimited internet with speeds of 10. 20, 50 and 100Mbps along with free PTCLcalls, and unlimited downloads, unlimited iflix access for a year, free PTCLSmart TV and Smart TV app and free Wi-Fi router.
The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority is aimed at the execution of the transformation project throughout Pakistan in order to give customers a truly digital lifestyle.
