Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2019 Season 4 preparations are in full swing in National Stadium Karachi. Five pitches have been prepared for the eight games that will be played in Karachi city. Teflon sheets are being installed on the roofs of the stands.
Also, a state-of-the-art command and control room will be established at the stadium that will monitor people entering and exiting the venue.
Furthermore 80 high definition and night vision cameras will be installed out of which 70 will be fixed while 10 will be rotating.
A full dress rehearsal took place as per the Karachi police chief Ameer Sheikh. Also to ensure maximum security during the PSL matches the police is in contact with security agencies.
All the people entering the stadium will be checked but it will be ensured that no one gets annoyed. The arrangements for the refreshments will be better this year as well.
At 2 pm the stadium gates will open for the public and they will close two hours before the match starts, as per the AIG Sheikh. Four parking spots will be on the University Road while one be on Dalmia Road.
A shuttle service will be used to take people from the parking place to the stadium. On March 9th the Pakistan leg of PSL 2019 will begin in Karachi.
Sheikh confirmed that a shuttle service will also take spectators from the parking places to the stadium.
