All provincial governments have announced to ease the lockdown imposed to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) across the country as the small markets and shops in the country have been allowed to reopen from 8 am in the morning till 5 pm in the evening.
According to the details, the governments of the four provinces, Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK) and the federally administrated territories have decided to ease the coronavirus lockdown and allowed the select shops and businesses to resumes their activities.
The details further said that the shops in the three provinces of the country Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Sindh will remain open from morning till 5 pm, while those in Balochistan will remain open till 4 pm. The strict standard operating procedures (SOPs) have been issued by all provincial governments as business activities resume.
The provincial governments have decided that the hairdressers, beauty parlors, gyms, and other places of the public gathering will continue to remain closed until further notice.
It has also been announced that the government will take strict action against shopkeepers not following virus protocols.
