POCO is rolling out MIUI 12.5 update for its POCO X3 Pro in Europe. The smartphone was released a few months ago and originally came with Android 11 based MIUI 12.
MIUI 12.5 was released globally in February this year. It is fast and lighter than its predecessor. According to the company, this update will rake 35% less background memory and 25% less power.
The company is rolling the stable MIUI 12.5 update for the POCO X3 Pro. It holds version number MIUI 220.127.116.11.RJUEUXM, is based on Android 11, weighs around 831MBs, and brings all the MIUI 12.5 features to the device.
Using the higher version, POCO has reduced the overall system apps. You won’t be able to uninstall some of the system apps with this update.
According to the information, MIUI 12.5 also brings an upgrade in computing power as it has 20-times the rendering engine than before. The company has also improved UI animations.
As always, the update comes in phases. It has already started touching devices registered in Europe, other to follow. If you have not received a notification for this, you may check for the update from the mobile’s settings.
