The officials of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were given last warning over inaction on the complaints filed by the citizens through the Prime Minister’s complaint cell.
As per the details, the Prime Minister Secretariat has issued a final warning to the KP officials on Tuesday for not taking action against the complaints that were registered on the Citizen’s Portal initiated by the PTI-led federal government of Pakistan.

The details further said that as many as three lac residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) have registered themselves on the Citizen’s Portal and 64729 complaints were registered. The authorities of KP took action and resolved over 4000 complaints while the rest are still pending.
The local residents of KP are not satisfied over the performance of the officials on the complaints. It has been observed that the senior officials are showing non-serious attitude.
It is pertinent to mention here that the KP administration said that the steps to resolve the rest of the complaints filed by the people are being taken by the concerned authorities.
