PM has got the plans of revamping the Utility Stores Corporation.
A delegation of the Utility Stores Corporation called on to the Prime Minister Imran Khan on Wednesday, as per the reports of local media.
During the meeting, the needs of improving the efficiency of Utility Stores was highlighted by making them viable for the common man.
The PM expressed his wish of transforming the corporation into a world-class organisation. He ordered the delegation to revamp the institute on a retail basis like the stores present in the developed nations.
Zulfiqar Ali Khan—the head of the delegation reminded the Prime Minister on the occasion of his commitment towards uplifting the corporation.
He added that the corporation was working towards expanding, other than improving the warehouses and the infrastructure of the utility stores of Pakistan.
