PM Khan’s portrait removed from Cricket Club of India, coverage of PSL banned

The Indian authorities have removed the portrait of Pakistani Prime Minister Khan from the Cricket Club of India in an unjustified reaction to Pulwama attack.

The portrait of Prime Minister Imran Khan was placed in the category of ‘All-rounder’ in the Cricket Club of India. A photograph of PM Khan with his national teammates has been removed from the walls of the club.

On the other hand, the ruling party of India, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has also banned the coverage of the matches of Pakistan Super League (PSL) across the country.

On the directions of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led Indian government, an official broadcaster of the PSL in India, DSport has stopped the telecast of the matches of the tournament in wake of Pulwama attack.
