PM Khan Offers Humanitarian Aid to Iran

Prime Minister—Imran Khan has offered humanitarian aid to Iran in mid of the deadly flooding that the country is experiencing. The flooding has taken the lives of at least 70 people.

On Sunday on Twitter, the Prime Minister said his prayers are with the people of Iran.

The floods started back in the month of March and ever since they have been continuous and have claimed the lives of 70 people, they have destroyed infrastructures and have resulted in displacing thousands of people throughout Iran.

Abdolreza Rahmani Fazli—the Iranian Interior Minister said that fresh floods are likely to affect nearly 400,000 people in the province of Khuzestan.

On the other hand, the national flag carrier of Pakistan, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has increased the luggage charges on domestic flights.

As per the airline’s official, the charges have been surged owing to the increase in the fuel prices.
