Plans to Introduce 12 New Scholarship Programs for the Students of Science and Technology

As per the reports of local media, Fawad Chaudhry has said that he is working on getting the approval of another 12 billion rupees scholarship program for the students of science and technology.

He said that while he made a comment over a message on Twitter about the Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship Program, he hinted that 12 new programmes are in the making for the students of science and technology.

Fawad Chaudhry advised in his message that all the youngsters should stay determined and focused on their academics in science and technology, as well as towards introducing innovations for a brighter future. He hinted about starting of the scholarship programs for the graduates and research support.

But, the minister has not yet indicated the details of the yet to come scholarship programs which are especially focused on supporting the students from the fields of science and technology.

It is pertinent to mention that HEC has also extended the application submission deadline until the 24th of December under the Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship Program that was introduced by PM Khan.

On the 4th of November, PM Khan launched the scholarship program, adding that the project would bring a remarkable change in the different areas of the society.

While addressing the launching ceremony of the Ehsaas Program in the federal capital, PM Khan had shown hope that the scholarships to the deserving and talented students would be offered as an opportunity for excelling in life.

He also added at the occasion that offering 50,000 scholarships on a per-year basis is a big achievement towards higher education.
