The administration of the national flag carrier—PIA has witnessed a record increase in the revenue this year.
As per the reports of local media the administration of the Pakistan International Airlines has witnessed a surge up to 45percent which has provided benefit to the organization with Rs.63 billion as it started enjoying the fruits of its reformations and austerity campaign.
After the reformation process initiatives in accordance with the vision of the PM Khan, PIA has started to move its development and stability phase after witnessing significant growth in its revenue.
As per local media, PIA has witnessed 45percent increase in the revenue within the span of the last 6 months of the present financial year which has produced income of Rs.63 billion.

The achievement has been done owing to the major reduction on the unnecessary expenditures up to Rs.3 billion which is now being decreased to Rs.1.70 billion by the current PIA administration.
As per sources, the income was surged up to 43percent over per kilometre, whereas the earning of the national flag carrier in the present year increased up to 84percent in the SAT factor.
It is important to mention that the SAT factor of PIA had been recorded up to 77percent, but the national airline retained its lead in the International Air Transport Association this year.
