Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced to lowered its fares even further to Rs9,572 for all domestic flights.
According to the details shared by the PIA via tweet, the fares have been reduced by Rs2,428 to Rs9,572 for all flights within the country. The national flag-carrier took this decision so that the people of the country can travel economically within Pakistan.
It is pertinent to mention here that last week, the Pakistan International Airlines announced that it would reduce the fare from Rs16,500 to Rs12,000 for one-way domestic flights. The decision was taken by the authorities to facilitate the passenger.
According to another tweet by the national airline, the flights to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will resume from July 9. The details further said that the passengers of the PIA will be able to travel to Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, and Al-Ain from Pakistan.
The people who are planned to travel to the UAE, however, will be required to get their test of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) done within 48 hours prior to their flights and a negative report of the corona test will have to be presented at the time of check-in.
