Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is ready to schedule three flights a week from Karachi to Najaf, Iraq from September 14, 2017.
The launch of the flight was held at the PIA head office to finalize the flight operations. Flight tickets would be available to purchase from August 24, 2017. PIA also provides check-in facility from all major cities of Pakistan.
CEO Nayyar Hayat said while giving a briefing on flight operations, it is another PIA’s achievement. The idea is to provide convenience to the customers flying from all major cities of Pakistan with seamless connection via check-in for the flights from Karachi to Najaf and on competitive rates.
Earlier passengers had many difficulties traveling to Najaf, they had to wait long for connections, PIA will bring hassle free travel by offering check-in facility from all major cities, he said.
PIA is pretty much focused on improving its customer services, customer’s and travel agents feedback are important in shaping customer service. Initially, PIA will commence 3 flights a week from Karachi to Najaf having connections with major cities of Pakistan at convenient timings, he added.
Passengers can now travel from their city without having long waiting and they will get their luggage at their destination, he added.
