Pemra issues notice for screening Amir Khan’s movie “Dangal”

Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) has issued show cause notice to Urdu 1 channel for airing Bollywood movie Dangal on Wednesday.

Board of Film Censors Pakistan didn’t give permission to Urdu 1 for airing the film, according to PEMRA there are several scenes in the film that were inappropriate to watch in Pakistan.

Therefore, PEMRA didn’t allow airing the particular movie in Pakistan but Urdu 1 channel aired full movie without being bothered about censorship in Pakistan.
