The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has made the announcement of shifting all the Pakistan Super League fourth edition matches to Karachi. The announcement was made over the weekend. All the PSL 4 matches that were scheduled to be played in Lahore now would be moved to Karachi owing to logistics challenges.
The airspace of Pakistan was entirely closed for many days after the tensions between Pakistan and India. Now both the airports and the airspace has been opened, there is an enormous influx of flights and people are already experiencing delays and other issues.

For avoiding these problems, the Pakistan Cricket Board felt it essential that all the PSL 4 matches be moved to Karachi.
The 3 Lahore matches, which were earlier scheduled on the 9th, 10th and 12th of March would now be held in Karachi with a revised schedule.
As soon as the news of PSL 4 matches in Lahore being shifted came out, people who had already bought the tickets got concerned regarding the refund of their tickets.
It was assured by PCB that the ticket holders of PSL 4 Lahore matches would get their refunds on the face value of tickets.
As per PCB, here’s how the tickets for the Lahore matches would be refunded to the people:
- In the case of online purchases, fans who bought tickets via www.yayvvo.com have their transactions reserved on their debit/credit cards in the next few days without needing to visit the TCS centers
- All tickets bought physically would be refunded after 18th March via designated TCS centers throughout the nation. PCB would be sharing more details of the TCS centers in due time.
