PCB has announced cash prizes for the national T20 cup winners and runners-up.
As per the press release, the team who would be winning the T20 cup would be given Rs.5 million while the runners-up would be given half of that amount.
The player of the entire tournament, the best bowler, the best batsman, and the best wicketkeeper would be given an equal share of Rs.400,000.
The man of the match of every played match would be awarded an amount of Rs.25,000 each while the star performer of the grand finale of the tournament would be awarded Rs.35,000.
The press release further indicated that the top-performing domestic players are already in line to earn in a range of Rs.3.2 million to Rs.1.8 million only on the basis of their match fee and a better, boosted monthly retainer structure, which has been approved by the Pakistan Cricket Board’s governors in their 58th meeting.
The National T20 Cup first XI would be played from the 30th of September to the 18th of October in Multan and Rawalpindi.
The opening match would be played between Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the defending champions Northern.
