Today a historical verdict has been given by Supreme court of Pakistan against sitting Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mian Muhammad Nawaz Shareef, third time elected Prime Minister.
The Prime Minister was being probed for the last one year over the fabled Panama case in which he was investigated over the corruption scandal,
Nawaz and family made billions in their businesses but failed to show the legitimacy and legal transactions to up hold their rebuttals in the case.
They are submitted forged and fraudulent documents in the court to support their argument which the court rejected eventually and classed them as fake documents.
A bench consisting of five senior judges have declared today that according to the Constitution’s article 62 and 63 which forces a leader to remain clean, truthful and honest all the time during his political career.
All of the five judges said in a verdict, “Nawaz, due to misguiding and misleading the supreme court with false statements, lies, and forgery doesn’t qualify for Prime Ministership.”
