As per PM Khan, Pakistan’s future is dependent on the future of Karachi.
Prime Minister—Imran Khan, led a meeting on Sunday for reviewing the Clean Karachi campaign and other developmental projects in the federal capital.
Director-General of Frontier Works Organization (FWO)—Major General Inaam Haider Malik gave a briefing to the meeting regarding the progress of the Clean Karachi Campaign.
During the meeting, the PM said that Pakistan’s future is related to the future of Karachi—as this city is the economic hub of the nation.
He also said that the federal government wants to address the issues of Karachi for ensuring better facilities for the city residents. PM Khan further added that the citizens of Karachi are experiencing the consequences of mismanagement.
He went on to say that the federal government would be playing its every possible role for addressing the problems of the city of lights.
PM Khan also made a high-level committee headed by the Law Minister—Dr Farogh Naseem for preparing a short-term, medium-term and long-term strategy for solving the issues being faced by the Karachi-ites.
