Pakistani Students Offered Fully Funded Scholarships by USEFP

Pakistani Students have been offered fully funded scholarships by United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan. Students can apply for Fulbright Student from Master’s to PhD and Fulbright-Higher Education Commission (HEC) PhD scholarships programme 2020. Top universities in the USA are open for students from Pakistan.

Visit to download the application form available online. According to an official statement, the deadline for applying for the scholarship is 15th May 2019.

Women, disable people and students from distant rural areas are encouraged to apply for the scholarships. Except clinical medicines all disciplines are eligible.

The disciples in which applicants can apply include energy, water, public health, education, mass and media communication, arts, social sciences etc.

Christopher Fitzgerald, Minister Counsellor for Public Affairs at the United States Mission in Pakistan said, “The Fulbright Programme is a cornerstone of the strong ties between the American and Pakistani people.”

Adding, “Fulbright is not just an academic scholarship it is a programme that produces strong leaders who return to Pakistan upon completion of their studies and make a difference in improving their communities. And because Pakistani Fulbrighters come from diverse backgrounds and regions, the impact is felt nationwide across society, spanning the nearly seven decades of Fulbright in Pakistan.”

Further stating, “We expect the Fulbright programme to receive applications from dedicated students who seek to develop academically, participate in the opportunities the United States offers, and who will build a more secure and prosperous Pakistan. I would like to encourage anyone who is eligible and interested in graduate education to consider applying to the prestigious Fulbright Programme.”
