Pakistani students looking for opportunities to study abroad on scholarships can apply now for the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme (2020-21). The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has invited applications from Pakistani/AJ&K nationals for the scholarship program under the Higher Education and Scientific Exchange Programme for Bachelors, One-Tier Master’s, Masters and Ph.D. studies.
Students will be selected on the basis of their academic merit, research proposals quality, and their respective potential. HEC, Pakistan and the Tempus Public Foundation, Hungary will manage the programme.
The Stipendium Hungaricum scholarships are available for Pakistani students who fulfill the eligibility criteria in specified disciplines and other Hungarian universities’ requirements.
The programs offers are Bachelor Degree after 12 years of education, One-Tier Master’s Degree after 12 years of education, Master Degree after 16 years of education and Ph.D. Degree after 18 years of education
The applicants are eligible to apply for the scholarship types and specified study field as prescribe by HEC.
The applicants have been instructed to just apply against specific degree programmes and in specified study subjects as defined by the HEC.

For online documents the online application form, motivation letter, Proof of language proficiency and their translations in the language of the selected study programme or in Hungarian, School certificates and their translations in the language of the selected study programme or in Hungarian, Research Plan, Letters of Recommendation and Statement of the Supervisor, Transcript of Records and its translations in the language of the selected study programme or in Hungarian, Medical Certificate, Copy of Identification Document, and acceptance of Statement for Application in the online system.
