Pakistan and Denmark to tie-up bonds and to explore new areas of cooperation in green technologies. The two nations tend to take over this venture under ‘Green Partnership’.
Dr. Aman Rashid, Special Secretary for Europe, represented Pakistan in the session. While from Denmark, Christina Markus Lassen represented the country.
They discussed the whole range of bilateral relations, including political-economic, trade, investment, renewable energy, green technology, and education.
Dr. Aman Rashid explained the measures taken by Pakistan to contain the second wave of Covid-19 and safeguarding lives and livelihoods.
It was also noted that the two sides also talked about the situation in Afghanistan relevant to the recent developments.
Pakistan would continue to support the Afghan-led and Afghan-owned peace process. This is a part of the shared responsibility for durable security and peace in Afghanistan.
