Pakistan to Allow Online Visa Facility for 192 Countries
Pakistan is now offering online visa facilities for 192 countries in addition to more advanced and express services.
Pakistan has now confirmed 192 countries for which visitors could apply for a visa using an online facility. The announcement was made by the Minister of Interior.
This reform is undertaken after the directions from the PM of Pakistan. On announcing the reform, the interior minister said:
E-passport service will be launched soon while the passport validity period had been increased up to ten years for labourers,
The minister also said that an express service has been launched across the country under which home delivery of Passports would be provided to citizens.
In addition to this, SMS service is also running from December 24th in a bid to inform passport holders with an expiry date of six months.
